Experience a variety of mindful techniques and meditation sessions during your journey of the east and west coasts of Ireland from Co. Clare to Co. Dublin. Highlights include a retreat at the Cliffs of Moher to encourage mindfulness and a sense of belonging, fishing and meditation where the old Irish monks did between Galway and Mayo, and climbing an old Irish pilgrimage. You will visit the home of the last kings of Ireland, self-reflect and embrace the present while visiting some of the most historic sites in Ireland.
