Walking Mentorship is a self-development programme combining nature, walking and mentoring. The methodology used has been designed to facilitate the alignment between your current moment, purpose and future actions.
The programme can be taken online (the walking elements can be done near your office), or in Portugal with our Remarkable Transformer, João, It will give you a deep awareness of you and your team’s stress levels and will provide the relevant tools to deal with it, combined with refreshing walks in nature.
It is suitable for all fitness levels, as the walks can be adjusted to the capability of the group.
